To purchase products from I Wood Like you will need to enter your delivery & billing details. You will then need to specify the quantity and options of the product you wish to receive and fill in your Credit Card details. You will have the opportunity to confirm these details before finalising the transaction. Once your credit card details are verified (usually takes around 6 seconds) your purchase is complete!
This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Ezi*I Wood Like.
The I Wood Like Online Store system is setup to take immediate orders online via credit card (MasterCard™, Visa™, and American Express™).
All prices on this web site are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
All purchases are acknowledged at current pricing. We are not responsible for typos or mistakes found in the price list.
Supply and Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within two working days.
If goods are unavailable or out of stock delivery will take a little longer. We’ll be in contact with you to discuss the timeframes etc. If you’d like to confirm stock levels prior to ordering, you can email us to check at firstname.lastname@example.org
For larger items, such as machinery, a representative of iwoodlike.com will contact you to discuss your preferred pickup or delivery options. If you wish to query a delivery prior to ordering, please contact us at email@example.com
Where airbag, courier or courier plus delivery options are the delivery method, we use a recognised carrier such as TNT, DHL or similar. These carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so a street address must be provided. If the delivery address is unattended the goods will either:
- Be rescheduled for a 2nd delivery attempt
- Be taken to a collection location for collection by the receiver.
As an alternative you can provide a written ‘authority to leave the goods at an unattended address’ in the notes of your online order. The courier company will then leave the items at the nominated address. Please be aware that delivery is deemed to be complete at this point.
Our scope of supply is to the Australian market only. Freight information, pricing etc relates to Australia only. In some remote area’s delivery companies may have a surcharge, which will be oncharged. If you are in one of these areas we will contact you first before proceeding.
- Deliver the goods FOT (Free On Truck) your store. This means offloading from the truck is your care. You will need handling equipment such as a forklift.
- Deliver the goods FOT (Free on Truck) including offloading. The driver will endeavor to get as close to your workshop as is viable, and offload using an onboard hiab crane. Once the goods are on the ground they are your care. As 3rd party carriers the drivers do not help you move them into workshops, down driveways etc.
Our supply does not include insurance of your goods once they have left our premises. We recommend you take up your own insurance cover on all items.
All goods are supplied export packed. They will require unpacking, assembly, degreasing or cleaning and setup.
All images, specifications and descriptions are subject to change. Some images, specifications and descriptions may include optional extras and upgrades that are not part of the standard supply.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition (including packaging). All postage, freights and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered freight and that you pre pay all costs. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your selected carrier. Iwoodlike will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
GST & Postage
All GST & Postage components of product costs are listed along with prices.
Absolutely no information posted to our web site or entered into a sales form is ever disclosed to any third party company other than for the purpose of credit card purchase validation. We do not share any consumer data. We will use this information internally to promote our products to our customers.
